Fix CSV Stock Uploader which broke due to moving to New Server + Change it to Update Woocommerce Rest API.
Current version works with csv/xls etc and worked all the time but we moved server it broke and need it to upload our stock quanties.
Current version only updates database but ideally we need it to update the RestAPi so when plugin like Ebay etc check stock it pull correct amount.
