Fix CSS, reCAPCHA, sitemap for LAMP website -- 2

Many jobs need to be done. For payment, I will sum up total expense and pay in milestone in order.
The website is LAMP stack. PHP , Codeigniter , JS

1. Fix CSS layout the table display the display should fit in mobile browser (issue content wider than screen)

2. Fix website sitemap : error is "Your Sitemap contains too many URLs. Please create multiple Sitemaps with up to 50000 URLs each and submit all Sitemaps."
3. Fix reCAPCHA : Setup reCAPCHA code (v3) in PHP already, the reCAPCHA show but it doesn' t seem to detect and challenge . I want you to help fix the reCAPCHA function.
4. When user register, user visit https://www.blacklistseller.com/register/ajax_check_email too many time (hundred times). Need fix.
Fix HTTP GET request (hide parameter). (see url in bullet 1). We don't want to expose parameter like that.
