Fix Auto-assign tasks on Yii projects

I am looking for a talented developer to fix the auto-assign tasks feature on my Yii 1.1 projects. Currently, tasks are being assigned to the wrong users, which is causing confusion and inefficiency. or not working correctly

Desired Outcome:
- Tasks should be assigned to the correct users based on CONDITION
A- Driver Online
B- Driver free, they do not have any other tasks
C- Driver nearest the merchant

Details about this project:

We have an online food ordering, the order comes from the customer to the admin panel, admin / merchant will accept the order ... Now when the order status is accepted it will be goto to the driver sections

At driver section the auto-assign it will start to search for a driver to assign a task for him, the curent its not working 100%,
based on CONDITION
A- Driver Online
B- Driver free, they not have any other tasks
C- Driver nearest the merchant

So we need one to look at existing code to check and give us his solution and time frame to make the auto-assign working 100%

Please note the test it will be on production server, for development we have a dev server



Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Yii 1.1 framework and PHP
- Experience with task assignment algorithms and user availability management
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and debug existing code
- Excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth collaboration throughout the project.
