Fix Ajax Issues, file upload and SMTP config on OSTICKET running on nginx with php8.2-fpm

I have installed OS TICKET on my nginx server running php8.2-fpm and when I open any button the Ajax doesn't work and nothing loads, file upload isn't working and most importantly automated emails do not go to anyone
