Fix AdSense Publisher Policy Violation - Free site for readers/writers - Laravel

I have a free site that has been online for 12 years. I earn a small bit of income from Adsense ads, but those numbers are way down. It seems likely due to a reported adsense policy violation which I need someone to help me get fixed so my site is no longer in violation. The site is built on a laravel framework and I have ads running on several pages to help cover the costs of operating the site. However, because my adsense revenue is way down my costs are no longer being covered. It is bad enough the site doesn't provide any sort of income, but when it actually costs me just to keep it online, I'm a very unhappy website owner. Hope to find someone who can help me fix this issue affordably so I don't have to keep paying out of pocket just to maintain my site.
