Fitbit and Garmin Api fix -- 2

I have two issues: 1. My App isn't capturing all heart rates from my upgraded Fitbit model. Surge to Versa 3. Might be due to the refresh authorization token. I need to fix current token issue and prevent this scenario from inconveniencing member. 2. Garmin updated their development platform API and I need to copy API over their new upgraded system. I also to ensure that newer models (Fitbit and Garmin) will connect via client seamlessly upon client upgrade. Server is Azure Virtual -Apache -MySQL and PHP.
