Fitbit and Garmin Api fix

I have two issues: 1. My App isn't capturing all heart rates from my upgraded Fitbit model. Surge to Versa 3. Might be due to the refresh authorization token. I need to fix current token issue and prevent this scenario from inconveniencing member. 2. Garmin isn't connecting and message is unable to connect try again later message via our App. My developer has been too busy to look into these issues, and I can't wait any longer. Server is Azure Virtual -Apache -MySQL and PHP.
