Finishing strong my project

I am looking for a developer that could finish my existing project because an Indian guy could not or was afraid of working with MQTT, and IOT. The concept is supper easy since all he needed to do is use the same commands for activating a button. He was so scared. I need a HTML developer, PHP, LARAVEL, SQL to use my existing HTML sample page for controlling many devices. This is a easy task if you can fully grasp the concept
