Finish my website yii yii2 small tasks only left

Hi,
I have a platform and want it to be finished.

Missing:

- add a multi vendor paypal to a function where users can buy something for another user
-work on discount function
-work on wishlist function
-make website mobile responsive
-split all the functions of website for our packages we want to offer
-make a complete control over all function if they work fine
