Finish my website (Make sure you read all before quoting)

Make sure you read all before quoting. I have a website under development. I have done most of it but do have not enough time to finish it. There are some upload pages and some payment pages left to code. Some bugs to solve, and some functionalities to add.

first I will need to finish 5 or 6 video/file/pic upload forms and 2 or 3 checkout pages. I said 2 or 3 because there are different checkout pages for clients and admins. I know I didn't code it professionally so don't look for problems and offer to code from the scratch.
There are more to add and solve which I will open as new projects later. if you wanna work with me then quote and finish the project smooth with no problems.
I AM NOT GOING TO CHANGE MY DATABASE OR THE LOGIC.
