Finish a website. CSS and PHP form. Must be using MacOS

Base design done. Just need CSS3 and HTML5 for popdown menus so I can put on every page and 12 websites.
Also need shared information capturing by form over 12 websites using MySQL/PHP database. The Code for the form has been done by someone else just need it installed. Tidy the design.
Must be a Mac user. Our company is Mac based and we don't want to do cross platform.
