Finish Theme Customization for Mobile Devices

This is the Figma design I want to change.
There are 2 modes of designs(Light and Dark), but I want only Light Mode customization.
The theme is PinClone. This is the site: https://beta1.melaninterest.com/
This theme has 2 modes, Light and Dark, which can be converted in the admin theme options page.
I installed a child theme and it is already customized according to the Figma design.
But not yet finished all, desktop customization is almost finished according to the Figma design except Settings page.
Note that this work is PHP, css, html and jquery related, not any page builder.
But mobile layout is still remain and to be customized.
I want someone who can handle this successfully.
Only bid after check all carefully.

Milestone will be released only once all design is implemented and i am satisfied at the work.
