We are looking for a seasoned web developer, specifically with Laravel expertise, to finalize a tender website.

Key Tasks:
- Fix the ADMIN dashboard
- Enhance the search functionality to improve the user interface.
- Implement a real-time user notification system for:
- Tender updates
- New tenders posted
- Status changes of their submissions
- Improve UI or website design
- Implement user notification functions
- PDF upload feature
- Allow users to select companies after reviewing PDF offers
- Email notification to send user contact data and tender data to the chosen company
