Finish React Web App with Dashboard and Zendesk API Tickets

We have unfinished React Web Application that has alot of features using Zendesk API and Admin Dashboard. The developer in charge is on sick leave and we have to fins replacement to finish the last 20% of the project.
The tasks are as followed:
- Create UI and info pages for frontend and reskin React Web App.
- Add translation to the website in English and Swedish.
- Connect files uploads to Admin Dashboard.
- Connect Admin Dashboard to Zendesk tickets using API.
- Add live chat options.
- Add GDPR and cookies.
- Create email template for Zendesk.
- Fixing bugs and limit tests of current system.
You need to know Zendesk API and React.js, otherwise this project is NOT for you.
The budget scope is final.
Deadline is 1-3 days maximum.
