Finish Laravel Site Interface and Functionality

The platform must be completed in the Laravel PHP Framework. At this point we have finished only the static interface. This needs to be improved and then the functionality needs to be done.
The project requires knowledge in Laravel and MySQL. It will involve creating Dynamic Links which will be accessed by our programs.
