Finish an HTML/PHP Widget that pulls data from an API to book hotel rooms

Hello! I have a search widget that pulls the calendar dates that are available for properties that can be booked. The widget also displays the property name, the cost per night and a few charges. I need this widget to redirect to a checkout page when the submit button is pressed, and the checkout page will capture the customer info and credit card and send it via the API.
We already have the Widget made and integrated with the API, but need to push the info to the checkout page. The checkout page is almost fiished but needs to be checked over and capture the widget data, then submit the customer info to the API for confirmed booking.
After this we need to create a website search widget as well which will output all properties available for the chosen date. I also have this widget created but the search results need to be formatted with CSS/HTML that matches the website theme.
