Find cause of unusual website behaviour with some visitors Apple devices

Job ID: 34804275

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

We have three clients with PHP based ecommerce websites (spread across different servers) that have recently been having problems - we need somebody diagnose the problem and suggest a fix.

Details of the problem :

All three websites were working perfectly for all users and visitors and no upgrades or changes have been made to them which caused these issues.

A few weeks ago, some website visitors (including the store admins) were suddenly unable to login, however, this only affect some visitors although all of these visitors are using Apple devices (iPhone, iPad and maybe MAC). Not all Apple based users are affected and many are able to access with no problems. It makes no difference which browser is used and all the standard things like clearing caches etc have been tried

We have recorded a HAR file when this situation happens so anyone that can debug these would be given preference. This HAR file can be provided or of course you are free to create your own if you reproduce the issue

We will supply details of the affected sites via DM to a few selected freelancers so they can look at the problem before we award the project

While we have chosen small project for this - we would expect bids to be at the lower end of the price range of between £20 and £250. Anything close to or above the upper value will be ignored
