Find Files for a Small Custom Website

Hello Freelancer,
I had a small custom website that was built and hosted under my hosting company tsohost, the hosting company have recently migrated their servers and have noticed the website down - http://www.radnorproperties.co.uk/ and would need a freelancer to relocate the files and get it back live again.
The hosting company have told me the following in the attachment, if you are able to help please quote "RecoverWebsite" and answer the following:
1) Can you get the website back live again?
2) What will you need to complete the project?
3) How long will it take you to do?
