Fiix API betwen ShipStation and Mintsoft (Warehouse Manager)

We have developed an API that connects ShipStation in the USA with Mintsoft (Warehouse Manager). In order for new orders to go from Mintsoft to ShipStation, print on Shipstation and send back the tracking information to Mintsoft.
The problem we have now, it's that the API is not working properly. The orders are going from Mintsoft to Shipstation, but the tracking information is not coming back from Shipstation to Mintsoft. We need help to check and fix this.
The API was developed on Google Cloud.
