Figma Design to TYPO3 Site

Hello,
we are looking for a TYPO3, HTML and CSS expert to convert a Figma design into a TYPO3 site. We use TYPO3 10.4.25 with the news extension that must be used for the news and article sections. All Figma designs are attached as screenshots. The winner will get access to Figma as a link. You can work in a copy of the current TYPO3 system directly on our server.
Conditions:
-Please ask all remaining questions before placing a bid.
-The submission of a bid is considered a binding offer. If accepted, a price increase of more than 20% for the entire project is not allowed.
-Project must be completed within 4 weeks from nomination date
-You get access to TYPO3 admin account, TYPO3 install tool and FTP
-Milestones:
25 %: Landing Page with background video and menu working
45 %: Desktop version fully working
30 %: Mobile version fully working
