Field Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising field activities, enforcing safety regulations, conducting site inspections, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing progress reports. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Engineering or Construction Management, at least 3 years of experience in field supervision, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of workplace safety standards.
