Field Staff Tracking App Customization

I'm looking for a skilled developer to enhance our existing field staff tracking app. The project involves two main aspects: Report Generation and Geofencing.
- **Report Generation**: We need to generate detailed reports on different aspects of staff activity, including Time and Attendance, Task Completion, Mileage Tracking and Response Times to Emergencies.
- **Geofencing**: The Geofencing feature needs to be optimized. We're looking for a setup where real-time notifications are triggered each time a staff member enters or leaves a designated area.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in customizing and enhancing existing applications, as well as a solid understanding of field staff tracking and management systems. Familiarity with CRM integration would be a bonus.
