Field Inspection Software.

Looking for field inspection and report writing software. Must run on LAMP stack. Admin backend, report writer, customer portal, and other eventual features. Must be fully open source. The scheduling and payments will be handled through Woocommerce/Wordpress on the front-end, ideally, but it is not required. The rest of the software is Wordpress independent.
