Fetch 1 word from each Woocommerce product description

What I have:
Product in Woocommerce
Inside the product description there is text and different short tags.
Inside the text there are two unique short tags [IMDB] and [/IMDB]
See screenshot.
What is needed:
Script that will find the word that is inside the tags (the green part in the screenshot) and put this word in a CSV file.
Repeat for all 50000 products.
End result - CSV file with 50000 words (1 word from each product description).
Preferred:
Work directly with MySQL
Important:
I cannot provide site URL or FTP.
You need to install Woocommerce and test the script on your local server.
Any reply without " I have fully read and understood what needs to be done " will be ignored.
