Fetch Shopify orders to php Laravel App and fullfill them

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me fetch Shopify orders to my existing php Laravel App and fulfill them. Here are the project requirements:

Shopify Store:
- The freelancer should have experience working with Shopify stores.

php Laravel App:
- The freelancer should have expertise in php Laravel and have experience setting up Laravel Apps.

Fetching and Fulfilling Orders:
- The orders should be fetched and fulfilled based on the user's preference.
- The freelancer should be able to implement the functionality to fetch and fulfill orders either once a day, twice a day, or in real-time as orders are placed.
- The user should be able to connect multiple shopify stores to our platform
- The user should be able to fetch all the orders from their shopify stores to our platform ( a json containing the orders and details should be fine )
- The user should be able to fulfill the orders from our platform

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with Shopify stores and knowledge of the Shopify API.
- Expertise in php Laravel and experience setting up Laravel Apps.
- Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Ability to implement the desired order fetching and fulfillment functionality based on the user's preference.
