Fetch Instagram Data

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me access and fetch data from Instagram Business Account for my project using Instagram Graph API. Specifically, I need media posts in real-time, as well as posts that the account has been tagged in.
Needs to run server side within php 5.6
Need also detailed step by step instuctions on how to set it all up (creating facebook app, generating client access token, etc)
I want to fetch the data using the php script from the server side using a access token. I shouldn't have to log in.
