FastNetMon Setup on Mikrotik CHR -- 3

I need FastNetMon configured on Mikrotik CHR primarily for DDoS attack mitigation.

Requirements:
- Install and configure FastNetMon on Mikrotik CHR
- Set up DDoS mitigation rules
- Provide documentation for traffic threshold adjustments
