Job Description:

I am an online creative coach and educator and have platforms in place, including Teachable, Stripe, Zoom and Mailchimp that I wish to integrate my Facebook community with and launch a subscription-based membership model that offers a seamless sales, onboarding and recurring payment journey. I need someone with a strong track record of Facebook group management, platform integration, and subscription setup as well as Facebook Ads -

✅ Facebook ad Setup

✅ Platform Integration: Teachable, Squarespace, and Mailchimp with my private facebook group
• These are already connected with landing, welcome pages and content already done but everything needs checking and integrating to ensure a smooth user journey with a user-friendly onboarding system for new paid members.
• Automate workflows to sync payments with group access and email sequences.

✅ Payment Gateway for managing subscriptions and recurring payments:
• currently Stripe is set up and so is paypal but consider best approach for Australian product sold into the Australian market without loosing on the US exchange.

✅ Testing, Launch, and Support:
• Run complete system tests to ensure functionality.
• Provide basic training or step-by-step documentation so you can manage everything easily.
• Help me implement a soft launch for current members and suggest a Facebook ad strategy to attract new ones.
