FTP plugin wordpress import

My wholesaler has an FTP server from which i want to import products into my webshop
- import products directly into my woocommerce shop ( based on all information in the ftp, like category, description )
- Option to auto import all or connect to category to category
- one time image import allowed only
- It should refresh based upon system announcing product has been updated and only update that product
- Send order automatically through API to the original giver
