FORUM ADMIN WANTED + UPGRADE PHPBB TO LATEST VERSION WWW.3D-8D-HUNTER.COM

We have a forum running for 7 years on PHPBB,
WWW.3D-8D-HUNTER.COM
it is running super but ....
Our latest admin did not upgrade to latest version.
Current version
3.2.7
Latest version
3.2.11
We would like to have the upgrade BUT OF COURSE NO PROBLEMS
It must run 100% and IF an upgrade is done, a backup must be made BEFORE,
so if something happens, it is OK again in 15 minutes
2). If you do a good job, we want you to manage the forum for ever
Do a weekly checkup and report all is OK
So make a proposal for the upgrade
And make a proposal for weekly checkup
And IF something happens, you will correct within 24 hours, logically
ps we have good admins of our hosting company and webdesign + worpress admin
But we want for the forum seperately an admin.
