Your job is to create PrefillDoc.PHP
All the information passed in the URL will be prefilled in my SignNow template, and it will be sent to the email provided.
The recipient will be able to make any corrections to the prefilled information and sign it. Please look at the template included.
A webhook will be triggered that will send a message to my server that the DOCUMENT has been signed.
