FIX Namesilo API Domain script

I am looking for a freelancer who can fix an issue with my Namesilo API Domain script. Script is written in PHP. Issue with the script is that .de domain's nameservers cannot be changed before 61 minutes but the script fails to do so and does not change freshly bought .de domains after 61 minutes.
