FIX Issue - Show Quanity Discount amount on Product Page - WooComm

I am looking for a WordPress developer to fix an issue with my website that is preventing the discount amount from showing on the product page. . First - needs to show discount under SAVE column on the product page On The Checkout page, Its Calculating Discount on TOTAL number of Products in cart, if a customer pics more than 1 product ,, Prodcuct a quantity 2 --> disc 10% Product b quantity 6 Disc 20% , it is applied 20% on Subtotal of Both Products, 10% on subtotal of Both Products
The correct method will be --> apply 20% to the product with quantity 6 or higher and 10% for Product Quantity 2
