FFmpeg Make Slideshow from Image with audio PHP

hi
i need a ffmpeg expert to make an automatic script to make slideshow video with fadeout transition effect .
The assembly follows this logic: First the intro.avi .
After start slide of images (00.png to 59.png)
In the final, add outro.avi
Every image must be displayed 5 seconds before changing.
It has to be developed in php, reading files from server www folders .
I will give the images to assemble, the audio to assemble, and intro and outro. with a final video example already edited (with traditional video editor app) to understand the desired final result
