FFMPEG Expert Need Quick HELP

Hello We need support FFMPEG Expert HELP.

We are trying to create video dynamically with the help of images type below .. its working fine with some images but below kind of images we are not able to create video.

There are 2 way to create video -

1st is create separate video image wise and then merge all video
2nd is to combine all images in one command and create video

We are trying 2nd option while doing this we are getting this error

Also i would like to know fastest way to create video via ffmpeg or any further option .

We are adding sound , text , images in video and want to create very large size video ..

We need if you can give suggestion about how we will execute and also which is the best method to get quality and speed while creating video and also we need you to create small demo and shared with us

this job is based on hrs.

We are using PHP ,JS and FFMPEG commands to create videos.
