EzyHome Enhancement
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
EzyHome is a Residential Management System for Malaysian residential community. Teh system was live since 2021 and has about over 1,500 users. It has features of resident relationship, accounting & billing, online payment, email & sms communications, visitor management and etc. The system was built using Yii2 framework, MySQL and API services (REST and SOAP).
The project is to design, develop , test and deploy the following enhancement features:
1.Account Month-End closing
2.Invoice Knock-Off Enhancement - Knock-off All button at Payment Page
3.Payment Reminder Enhancement
4.Add new invoice Type in New Invoice Page
5.Reason for Void Invoice
6.Auto Knock-off for Advance Pay journey
7.Advance payment knock-off after Generate Invoice
8.SMS reminder for overdue invoice and resident with outstanding
9.Convert Owner to Tenant or Tenant to Owner
10.Change username for resident or management
11.Email reminder for 30 days (recurring every month for overdue payment)
12.Page for resident to submit report/complaint/feedback to management
13.Overdue aging / credit control report
14.Online payment report (FPX/Credit card) - by transaction or settlement by TP
15.ROS Financial Report - Account Summary
16.Settlement date for FPX payment
17.Monthly Opening Balance - cronjob & manual update for manager
18.New management roles - Street reps
19.Option to Print Payment Voucher when create new revenue
20.Financial summary report enhancement
21.Request for Access Card for resident with online/offline payment capabilities
