Extracting Refinitv Eikon Messenger API Data

Hi,
I’m looking for help with a small project. I would like to know if we can read the messages that are posted in a company chat via API that are being posted on the Refinitv Eikon Messenger. This is a chat program that we use at the office.
From some documentation, I can see that there should be an option. But I’m not 100% sure that it works. Would you be able to check if the for the user back office (at )cleanworld.no it is possible to read the messages (historic and new) that are posted in the chatroom TestChatRoom.
Can you offer to check the documentation and to check if it is possible to access the messages via an API.
