Extract information from images using textract.

I have a database with following columns
ID | BannerURL | Email1 | Email2 | PhoneNumber | PhoneNumber2 | JobDone
ID: INT
JobDone: True/False
Using Amazon Textract:
I will need you to develop a software with programming language of your choice to go through this table and extract content from BannerURLs and update the table if it finds any phone number or email within the banner content.
Since we use textract it doesn't really matter what font exist in banners, it can be any.
I will need you to develop it with a precise algorithm to extract very accurate information.
After processing an image we also need to update JobDone field to TRUE.
We can declare for the software to do all or only those that not yet done (JobDone is false)
As simple as that.
