Extract Script from Laravel Site and Create Simple Wep Page without Laravel

I have a laravel site that another developer made updates to. It works fine in his local but when he updates files on my server, it does not compile properly. It is probobly some kind of laravel version compatibility issue. I want to extract a script from the laravel site and create a simple web page without laravel. The page will just have a 'login to etsy' text link that links to Etsy oAuth API to authorize the app. The page will also have a text box with 'get' button to enter a receipt ID and it will get receipt data from Etsy API call. There will also be a 'send to shopify' button. After receipt data is received from API call, then when click 'send to shopify', it sends info to Shopify via Shopify API call. All the scripts are already done except it is integrated into a laravel site and laravel is not working.
