Extend tastyigniter to include ingredients

Hello,
I have a basic setup from https://tastyigniter.com/ and i would like someone to extend it to include ingredients under the menu item. So for example, pizza menu item consists of: mozzarella, tomato, wheat etc...
burger: bread, meat, cheese, pickles, lettuce etc...
the ingredients should be:
1. Tracked in their own unit
2. Have stock quantity
3. Stock quantity is adapted when an order is done
This is the first extension i would like to make for the website. I need someone to do multiple extensions.
