Extend tastyigniter

I'm looking for a developer to work with constantly. initially i'd like you to setup https://tastyigniter.com/ then we will need to implement couple of additional features, are you up to that? do you have experience with https://tastyigniter.com/ ?
First task:
Extend the website to include ingredients per menu item. So for example the website already has pizza as a menu item. I would like to
1. Add ingredients linked to the pizza. So tomato sauce, cheese, etc...
2. Have the ingredients tracked per unit (gram, liter, etc...)
3. Ingredients should have stock that is updated whenever an item is ordered
