Extend a laravel project to multilingual

I have a laravel project which I bought from codecanyon. The developer made it wrote that the script is multilingual. After installing and use it we found out there are some parts that are not multilingual.
We contacted the developer and wrote us that indeed some parts are not translated. Without translating these missing parts, the script is useless.
We need a developer to help us fix these missing parts and make the script suitable to our needs
