Extend or customise a laravel LMS system to add features or modules -- 2
Budget: $300 – $600 AUD
I have an existing LMS created in Laravel. I want to add someone to customise the current system and add some of the features

We need to implement these simple/regular features to extend the current system:
1. Add a college/university directory or listing system with program courses, contacts, downloads-college search and recommendations (the organisation listing module is already there in the system, you will have to either extend it or create a new one )
2. Scholarship listing and search
3. Simple Online Writing evaluation and feedback service (online tutoring is already there)--submit-revise--accept/decline
You will need to create a database table and extend coding and create these three features as a new module. I will provide reference sites and probable database fields.
Note:
It should be extended as a module using the existing coding style (same) and standard so that it is easy for new updates.
The system is not that big and well written, and you can see the demo of the system fully (from the above link); however, we cannot transfer the code before awarding the project. We can only provide one-two file and file structure screenshots if needed. You will need to estimate, and quote based on the demo link.
Bid only if you are a Laravel expert and can work on third-party code to extend it (not looking for someone to make the whole system again from scratch).
The developer will have to either alter existing tables, add new tables, CRUD forms and also create new blade view files using the existing layout while adding those features. The design change is not required. However, the available features should be utilised as much as they could be (for example, user system, marketplace system). I can provide tentative required table fields and some reference sites, but the programmer can improvise and suggest as long as requirements are done.
After customisation, the original system should fully work. Existing features should be available or should not be broken with no errors.
Priority to a freelancer who can do it faster (we need it asap) and need a periodic update. Better if you already have created something similar. Please make sure about the requirements before you bid. Cost and timeline agreed before the start of the project. It must be completed on the agreed deadline. We take the deadline seriously. Please, discuss all your conditions, limitation, requirements, etc., before the start of the project or the agreement.
Please also consider the budget boundaries before making the bid (not wasting your and our time as well).
