Extend PHP-MySQL MVC AdminLTE Bootstrap Application

We have in-house developed application for Lab Management named as LIMS. 80% of the code is written in PHP-MySQL with AdminLTE Bootstraper MVC pattern. Need to extend functionalities in current application. As below
1. We have parent table named as Product and child table named as ProductTests, we need functionality in Edit View of Product Form to a) select multiple test against this product b) copy all test from other product c) Generate RTF and PDF of this data in sample format which will show Product Master details on header and Product test details in List view in that report.
2. We create batch and allot same to party. this is saved in BatchAllotment table. this table has child table named as batchresults. we need to copy data related to product selected in batchallotment from Product Test table, user will enter values which requires validation of range and list values as per master. on save of this master detail record, RTF and PDF of CoA has to be generated.

xampp is used on windows 10 machine.
