Expert web developers modern Language for new website

We are looking for someone to develop a website for us. However we need this person to be part of our team and collaborate daily from the planning stage to the deployment stage and maybe beyond.
We are looking for someone who can work at least 8 hours per day and is completely dedicated to our project. Our current site is in PHP but we are looking for a more modern language written in a way future developers can understand and work on.
Our website will be extensive and include at least 50 pages for the public to browse and also other features include a complete and custom scheduling system, invoicing and quote system, and video remote sessions (like zoom) open to using twilio or other api.
