Expert php to solve several immediate issues

am looking to work with a high-level, senior developer who works on his or her own and not with a group or team - I will work with you one-on-one without a team leader or middle man. One attribute that is as important is the work schedule is mainly in the New York time zone where I do not have to wait for communications one time per day due to the time difference. This project is paying well for your immediate time attention and expertise. Good English and being able to be reached during my time zone is critical. If you are trying to juggle multiple projects, this one is not for you because for the next few weeks I need a lot of issues fixed and some new development.
