Expert for Stripe Connect & Cs Cart Multivendor

Hello dear freelancer community
We are running our marketplace with CS Cart Multivendor. As Psp we would like to use Stripe Connect. Cs Cart has an in-house addon for Stripe Connect, however this does not provide all the features we need, thus this needs to be reprogrammed and customized for our needs.
Weakness of the Inhpuse module:
Only credit card payments are supported by the existing module.
Our goal:
we would like to offer all payment methods that Stripe provides for Europe. This includes country recognition. Stripe Sigma can also be used.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who can explain to us the functionalities of Stripe and also completely set up the Stripe backoffice for us.
So we are looking for a programmer who also acts as an admin.
Happy to work on hourly basis, but please tell us the approximate price of the job.
