Expert Self Hosted/ On Premises Bitrix24 Implementation

We recently installed self hosted on premises Bitrix24 on a Digital Ocean Centos 7 server.
We now want to start using it to its full features
The first important task is to help us develop automation workflows / business processes initiated from web enquiries/forms, customer service enquiries and setting up help desk using business process module as much as possible to create appropriate desk alerts, dashboards and notifications.
You must be fluent in English.
As a small company and a new user, your role will be
1) create workflows from web enquiries, customer service enquiries and help desk using business process module
2) set up a suitably tailored CRM system for our needs
4) set up a relatively simple website linked to Bitrix24
5) implementation advice - particularly in creating / setting up our workflows
6) maintain the software and server at Digital Ocean on ongoing basis
7) provide ongoing support / ad hoc changes including installing Bitric24 updates from time to time
8) show us how to get the most out of Bitrix24. We know what we want it to do but need your help to set up and create the workflow systems we need. You are the person to make it happen
Whilst doing this, we need you to maintain and update our Digital Ocean server with updates and also update Bitrix24 from time to time
You must be experienced in all of above areas and have a flexible approach. Hourly rate
