Expert PHP/MySQL Developer Needed

I need a coder who is an expert in PHP/MySQL, HTML, CSS technologies to maintain an application. The application is built in the above technologies and is almost 90 percent complete. We would like a coder who can build features, maintain the current code so that everything runs smoothly. We will deploy features from time to time, the coder needs to build it on the test site and after testing , push it to the production.
Ideal candidate is patient, works solo as a freelancer and is proficient in the above technologies. Cost must be reasonable, tasks are usually simple. Someone who wants to work long-term on a project within a reasonable cost and build your portfolio on freelancer would be an ideal candidate. I will share project specifications, and you will give me a quote, once approved, you will start working on it and finish it within agreed timelines.
