AI Expert & Mentor for Web App (Sugardaddy Community, Laravel/JS, UX)

Description:
I am looking for an experienced developer with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning, who can support me in the development of a large-scale web application (Sugardaddy Community).

The main focus is on AI-driven development to automate processes, reduce costs, and enable innovative features. These include matching algorithms, chatbots, automated moderation, intelligent profile settings, and customizable AI workflows.

In addition to the technical implementation, it is important to me that you also act as a mentor – I want to further develop my own programming and AI skills along the way.

As a possible foundation, I have considered whether solutions such as Mobirise or Lovable (No-Code/Low-Code) could be used. However, I rely on your expert recommendation to determine the best technological basis.

Important: Once I find the right developer, I will provide all individual features, functions, and workflows separately. At this stage, my priority is to find someone who understands my vision and expectations, and who brings a solid knowledge base to successfully implement them.
Beyond the initial build, this is intended as a long-term collaboration. I have allocated ongoing budget for continuous development, optimization, and new features – independent of the initial software build.

Your Profile:
-Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LLMs)
-Experience with AI-powered features: recommendation systems, chat/NLP, automated moderation
-Solid web development skills (Laravel/PHP, JavaScript/React or comparable modern frameworks)
-Experience with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
-UX/UI understanding: ability to contribute to design decisions and create user-friendly interfaces
-Ideally also design skills (prototyping, wireframes, Figma/Adobe XD)
-Ability to act as a coach/mentor: explain, not just code

Goals / Tasks:
-Build a new platform on a modern technology stack (Laravel 11 + modern frontend)
-Develop and integrate AI features (matching, chat, payment, moderation, profile settings)
-Support with architecture and technology decisions
-Provide mentorship and guidance in AI development and modern web architecture
-Contribute to design/UX, creating an appealing and high-quality Sugardaddy community platform
-Evaluate potential low-code/no-code solutions (e.g. Mobirise, Lovable), if beneficial
